Is the first drop-in really free?
Yes. Claim your free drop-in on this site, or just walk in and ask. Your first workout is on us, no card needed.
Can I use both gyms?
Yes. Every membership covers the Northeast and Southeast gyms. One payment, both doors.
Are you really open 24/7?
Yes, both gyms are open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, including holidays. Round-the-clock key-fob access is +$5/month on any membership and is for members 18 and over.

Membership prices cover both gyms. 24/7 key-fob access is an extra $5/month on any plan, for members 18 and over.
What's the cheapest way to join?
The 2-year paid-in-full plan works out to about $10.58 a week and has no admin fee. If you'd rather pay as you go, the 2-year biweekly plan is $25.99 every two weeks.
Is there an admin fee?
Biweekly plans have a one-time $50 admin fee. Paid-in-full and couples plans have no admin fee.
How do I cancel?
Biweekly plans need 30 days' notice. Paid-in-full and couples plans have a cancellation fee. Ask the front desk for the details on your plan.
Do I need to book a drop-in?
No. Walk in any time and ask for your free drop-in. If you claim it online first we'll have someone free to show you around.
Do you have personal trainers?
Yes, 16 trainers across both gyms, from total beginners to competitive powerlifters and bodybuilders. See the Trainers page to find your fit.
What should I bring?
Running shoes and a water bottle. Parking is free at both gyms.
Is there a referral program?
Yes. 1 referral = 1 month free, 3 referrals = 6 months free, 5 referrals = a full year free.
